Return & Refund Policy

GENERAL POLICY

Defective and non-defective products can be returned within 14 days return/refund period (after order arrived), but must be returned in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging. 

For personal hygiene purposes, merchandise categorises under toiletries, underwear (inner garments), lingerie & accessories, bedding, feeding items (unless faulty) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

Cash refund are NOT allowed unless due to faulty products. All refund will be issued via store credit with 1 year validity. 

There is no exchanges possible, however, you can always file a return for refund and make a new purchase. 

Customer can return the parcel by mail back to us, return label charge are customer's responsibility. There is no additional restocking fee and it takes about 7 working days to process your return upon receiving your parcel at our warehouse.
